Dandoy.

You most probably know Dandoy : familial and artisanal factory which has been producing, for more than two centuries, a unique range of biscuits, which it’s the only one to know the secret.

Visits become are becoming increasingly rare in this workshop from Brussels but, we had the chance to be welcomed by Miss Romedenne who explained to us the production process of all theirs world-famous sweets.

In this kingdom of Speculoos, Pain à la Grecque and Pain d’Amandes, everything is made with love, and in a friendly atmosphere. The production process and the recipes have never changed sins two centuries.

Everything is handmade: from dough processing, through molding and unmolding, to the packaging. Dandoy leaves nothing to chance; everything is settled to offer to customers tasty and perfect biscuits. The sorting is done carefully to keep only the biscuits in perfect shape.
